- If you’re not satisfied for any reason, return the New / unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs, no questions asked.* Products must be in the condition you received them- with all packaging/boxes and packaging intact. No shenanigans offered or accepted. *Does not include promotions, special deals or items identified as “final-sale”.
- To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
Request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) by emailing :CS@positivecosmetics.com with your
(1) full name,
(2) order number,
(3) reason for your return, and
(4) the item name and quantity you would like to return.
Write your RMA # on the mailing label. All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA # or they will not be accepted- the RMA # allows us to provide you timely and effective customer service.

(8) Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 6-10 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.

In order to expedite the handling of your orders, and maintain our Efficiency for shipping, we do not process direct exchanges. Instead, please place a separate order online for the item(s) that you want to “exchange”, and simultaneously request an RMA # (as detailed above) to return the original item for a full refund. This method insures that we don’t cross wires on our real-time inventory system and you receive your new order as economically and quickly as you received the original order.
